SHIPPING & RETURNS

It is important to us that you are satisfied with your purchase. We appreciate your cooperation with the following return guidelines:

  • Shipping is a $15 Flat Rate anywhere in the continental US.
  • FREE Shipping for all continental US orders over $500.
  • You must contact us before returning or exchanging an item.
  • Items must be returned within 10 days of delivery.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • Items must be returned unopened, sellable condition (unless the opened product is defective).
  • There is a 20% restocking fee for all return items, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  • To return or exchange an item, please contact us at mukusaorders@mukusa.com.
  • If you've purchased one of our products from a salon, please contact them for returns. We can only refund/exchange items purchased from our online store.
